What are Clean Elections

The Arizona Citizens Clean Election Commission was created by voters through a ballot measure in 1998. The Clean Elections Fund allows candidates to fund their campaigns with money from the fund, and without taking money from any big donors. In order to receive funding candidates must show voter support by collecting $5 contributions.

Jim must collect 1,500 contributions of $5 in order to to receive up to $271,948 in Clean Elections funding.

Your $5 contribution can turn into $181.30

Why is Jim Running Clean

The Corporation Commission has been mired in scandal for years, and races for Commissioner seats are known for attracting millions of dollars in dark money from special interests looking to ensure the commission acts favorably towards them.

Jim wants to restore the public’s trust in the Commission and serve as a fair and unbiased commissioner as intended by the Arizona Constitution.

1: An Arizona Non-Operating ID number is also acceptable.

2: The card should bear the Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover logo. Bank cards which aren't compatible with those payment processing networks will not work. The vast majority of bank cards are compatible with those networks.

3: If the address is incorrect you will need to update your voter registration. You can do so using the Service Arizona website.
